The success and engagement of audiences to our 2022 Nano Reid: Adamantine has inspired this exhibition by fellow 20th century-artist and designer, Derry-born, Norah McGuinness. This exhibition invites three contemporary artists whose conceptual and material concerns reflect aspects of McGuinness practice from a love of the city (Dublin-New York) to a fluency around colour and pattern and as well as a dexterity around design, including stage, book design and shop window design, and a prolific exhibiting career.
Presenting specially loaned and previously unseen works this exhibition serves to connect the past, the present and the rich links between artists and audiences through their art practice and the great enjoyment and engagement they deliver.
