Roses

Self-taught Kitty Elliott painted in oil, watercolour and gouache. Her subjects were landscapes, flowers and character studies. She participated in various group shows and also held a solo exhibition in the newly opened Municipal Art Gallery at the Carnegie Library in Fair Street, Drogheda in 1953, which proved very popular with the public.
