b. 1863 - d. 1955
Pastel on paper

A pastel study on buff paper, 'Street Scene with Camels', was probably made on the spot during the artist's visit to Palestine in the mid-1930's and is a work she exhibited at the St Stephen's Green Gallery in 1935.

A pastel on paper drawing, showing in the middle-ground a camel passing in front of an archway. A donkey's head can be seen on the right middle-ground. Several figures can be seen in the scene surrounding the central camel.
