Saturday Family Workshop
Spend some quality time together for this informal Family Workshop with Nela Hadija, where you will explore and search for the inspiration in Embracing Vision: Celebrating 100 Years of the FNCI exhibition of historic and contemporary work.
This exhibition features a variety of media from oil paintings, watercolours, small figurative sculptural work, as well as filmed poetry, and for this workshop you will observe and discuss Rene Brault’s, Formalized Landscape, exploring its mark making, before drawing and painting with fingers and cotton buds; using paint, cardboard, markers to discover a world of dots and colour.
The session is charged at €5 per family group (Parent(s) + 3 children).
All materials are supplied, and we advise arriving 5 minutes before the official start time of 11:30am, so parents and children can enjoy the full 90 minute workshop.
Please note, this is not a drop-off workshop, and parents take part with children.
