Join Fiona McShane, mindfulness coach, weekly, for an hour of relaxation and mindfulness in the contemplative environment of the gallery, and within Ursula Burke’s exhibition Siren.
Presented in a series of 6 sessions in April/May/June on Tuesday mornings from 10am – 10.50am, access via Five Good Things Café to the gallery.
Book for the 6 sessions for €30.
Tea, coffee and biscuits served at the end of the class.

About: Fiona Mc Shane, mindfulness tutor is a wife, mammy & carer. Life teaches us much. And Fiona believes that her life journey has taught her as much as training and researching. Her sessions incorporate gentle restorative yoga and yoga nidra-which is a conscious thoughtful journey throughout the body.
Fiona also incorporates elements of what she has learned from her Diploma in Cross-Professional Supervision. In her practice, Fiona supports the benefits of taking time out for ourselves. Her aim is to keep it simple and relaxing and it’s these key elements which she believes really work.
