Expanding Experimental Painting with Claire Halpin
Join artist Claire Halpin in her studio as she looks at a selection of paintings from our Collection and invites you to look, consider and create your own experimental expanding paintings at home. We will be looking at colour, shapes, forms, lines and patterns big and small and cutting up, taking apart and reassembling our paintings beyond the edges of the frame.
Materials
- A3 White Card or Heavy Paper
- A4 Card
- Paints – Poster/Acrylic
- Brushes – Different shapes and sizes
- Water Cotainer
- Kitchen Roll
- Masking Tape
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Ruler
