Enjoy some screen-free family time together looking, discussing and making with Nela Hajida in this immersive multi-media workshop.
Led by Gallery Assistant, Nela Hadija, who will invite children and parents in family groups to look and discuss Ursula Burke’s new mixed-media exhibition, SIREN.
This session takes place on the morning of Saturday 25th May and where you will be introduced to high quailty materials in an informal and supported environment.
A world of clay awaits, and where the figurative and weeping imagery in the exhibition may act as exploration and inspiration as you are encouraged to create a ‘mask’ using air clay, with tools including thread, sticks, and other objects to create something wholly unique to you.
The session is charged at €5 per family group (Parent(s) + 3 children).
All materials are supplied, and we advise arriving 5 minutes before the official start time of 11am, so parents and children can enjoy the full 1 hour 30 workshop.
