Drogheda Creative Writers in collaboration with Just Write have organised a poetry reading in Highlanes Gallery on Friday 19th September at 3pm where they will perform poems and reflections on openness, discovery, celebration and belonging.
All are welcome to join us at this free event on Culture Night in Drogheda.
ABOUT
Drogheda Creative Writers is a local writers group in Drogheda for new, emerging and established writers who meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at Droichead Arts Centre, Barlow House at 7.30pm. For several years now they have participated in events on Culutre Night.
Drogheda Creative Writers has been providing support to writers for nearly 40 years. They have collaborated with several other groups to bring poetry to Drogheda and have regularly performed at Droichead Arts Centre, Drogheda Library and Highlanes Gallery.
They have published several poetry anthologies and have been involved in several workshops, including most recently Colm Keegan’s Every Blooming Thing workshop with Droichead Arts Centre.
