T.P.Flanagan (b.1928), a younger artist who also grew up in Enniskillen and was taught by Kathleen Bridle, remained an evocative painter of the Fermanagh landscape. An accomplished and fluent watercolourist, ‘Autumn Lough’, (Coll: Arts Council of Northern Ireland) personifies these lake scenes, in which Flanagan, uses oil on canvas in a fluid watercolour manner.
